We need 20 volunteers to assist with the ASQ tables at TechFest 2016.
TechFestTM is free family fun with science, technology, engineering and math (STEM). Participants engage with approximately 70 hands-on experiences with STEM exhibits, demonstrations and games. Stage and theatre speakers, such as a NASA astronaut or an Air Force flight test pilot, an outstanding college professor, a classical guitar player and others deliver entertaining and informative talks on STEM topics. TechFest is sponsored by the Affiliate Societies Council of Dayton, a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization. Dayton ASQ is a sponsor through ASC as well as a participant.
TechFestTM 2016 will take place on Saturday, February 13th from 10am to 5pm and Sunday, February 14th from 11am to 4pm.
Volunteer shift times are in 3 hour blocks and the time flies by!
